• All pets MUST be disclosed at the time of check-in, or ideally upon making the reservation.

​

• Only a maximum of two pets are permitted per cottage. Exceeding this number will result in an additional $100 fee, or possible refusal of stay if not disclosed.

​

• We strongly suggest pet owners bring pet blankets with them in order to protect our furniture.

​

• A $12 + HST per night fee applies to single pets and $15 + HST for the maximum allowance of two pets. Please see below for nightly and weekly rates*.

 

• For the safety of all our guests, pets are to be kept on secure leashes at all times whilst on the property (not within cottages).

​

• Pets are allowed to be released from leashes whilst on the beach area adjacent to Blue Spruces Cottages. We simply ask guests to be respectful of others using the beach and prevent any unwanted encounters.

​

• Please try not to leave your furry friends unattended for long periods of time during the day.

​

• Any disturbances, such as prolonged barking are extremely frowned upon and an unwanted disturbance.

​

• Pet owners are required to provide their own poop-and-scoop bags, and use them!

​

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and paying any associated damages to our property.

​

• Blue Spruces Cottages (10168556 Canada Inc.) Reserve the right to charge your account as part of the security deposit policy as a result of any related damages.

​

• Any guest found to be in violation of these policies risks additional charges.

 

• Any guest with multiple infractions will be delisted from Blue Spruces and any future reservations may be cancelled.
