This Deluxe Two-Bedroom Waterfront cottage offers a stunning sea view with a large open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom (inclusive of bath/shower), and living area that has a cathedral ceiling.  Cottage #5 is by far one of the most popular cottages at Blue Spruces with many people booking a year in advance simply to reserve this particular cottage. It is directly overlooking the Northumberland Strait and is only 60 feet from the Red Shores.

 

Kitchen:

Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Mugs, Utensils, Dish Soap, Tea Towel, Dish Cloth, Pots, Pans, Frying Pan, Cutting Board and more.

Living/Dining Area:

Satellite TV, Sofa, Dining Table and Chairs, Some cottages may have sofa beds. Should you specifically require a sofa bed, please ensure to request it at the time of reservation.

Bathroom:

Toilet, Sink, Shower, Mirror (Please note that cottage #5 also includes a bath)

Bedrooms:

1 Queen and 1 Double. Linen is supplied. Beds are made at the start of the stay.

Outside:

Private Deck, Barbecue, and Utensils. There are a number of waterfront fire pits on-site and are free to use for all guests. Guests are required to provide their own wood.

Towels & Toilet Paper:

With courtesy, we provide fresh Bath, Hand, and Face towels at the start of your stay. We also provide Toilet Paper and Kitchen Towel. We DO NOT supply beach towels, so please bring your own. We request that provided towels are not used for the beach! See our POLICIES for more information on towel usage.

All cottages have free WiFi. Due to our location, we only receive a 7MB download speed, therefore, signal strength may be weak in some areas of the property. This particular cottage does have a modem and a strong signal!

Check-in and out:

Check-in time is 3:00pm onwards & Check-out is 10:00am or earlier.

Should you be arriving after office hours, a welcome note with clear instructions is placed on the office door window. Check out is simple. Leave the key in the dropbox located at the main office and say goodbye during office hours.

Reservation Terms:

0% pre-payment when booked outside of 30 days of reserved arrival date.

30% pre-payment when booking within 30 days of reserved arrival date.

Credit cards will be charged within 30 days of the reserved arrival date.

​

Cancellation Terms:

No charge for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date.

30% payable for cancellations made within 30 days of the reserved arrival date.
