Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation 45+ days prior to your arrival, your deposit of $200. is refundable, less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel >45 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If you cancel after the 30 days the full amount of the rental is non-refundable unless another booking takes place for your allocated rental period. If another booking takes place for the full amount you will be refunded the full amount except the $50 handling fee.
